Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Aggrevated assult
My spouse is being held for aggrevated assult-serious physical injury, the police only have the victims word, they have no weapon- my spouse is on probation and is to complete 12/17/06 & has nvr been charged for any violent crime,nor have I ever seen any weapon in my home
