Re: Not allowed a police report

You need legal representation. This is too serious a matter for you to attempt to represent yourself. There is the potential for a felony conviction and jail time in the charges you describe. Consult a criminal lawyer in your town. He will know what to do. You are entitled to 'discovery' from the State prior to trial, which includes the police report, which is a public record. Get a professional on your team - you need one.

the facts your present suggest major search and seizure issues. you need to get representation immediately so that they can be addressed quickly. As to the police report, Arizona law dictates that they are public records. Go to the police department, fill out their forms, and you will get a copy. They may charge a small fee. (10 bucks or less usually)
