Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
hello, isnt anybody going to answer my question? ive been charged with 2 felony counts. class 1 and class 3, i wasnt arrested, but given a summons at my house to appear in court. i appeared before the judge and plead not guilty, but was never given my miranda rights,, can i have the case thrown out or dismissed on this technicality? please answer

The lack of a Miranda warning is not a get out of jail free card; all it will do is to prevent the prosecution from using against you any statements you made in response to police questioning while in custody. All other evidence will still be usable.
