Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
According to Arizona law, unlawfully administering a narcotic drug to a person without his/her consent or knowledge is considered a class 6 felony. Would it be a "non-dangerous" offense or a "dangerous" offense if you did so and then let that person drive without telling him/her?

What do you mean "unlawfully administering a narcotic drug". Did a neighbor inject the person with heroine? Did a doctor give them a shot of Demerol without telling them? Your question is too vague to give you a serious answer.
