(Arizona) Refunding client's trust-unearned fees
What do we do with the remaining funds in a client's trust account if he if a fugitive and are unable to locate him?

Deposit the remaining funds in an interest-bearing account (savings) in the client's name after contacting the AZ Bar Association and asking if they will be joint owner, making sure disciplinary counsel gets a copy of everything.
