Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Arizona Traffic Court
I received a ticket in Arizona in 2003 (Kingman County) for speeding. I paid the ticket. I can't renew my Dr. Lic because they have no record of payment, and they say I also got a ticket for suspended license. Now it is a criminal matter and they say I must appear. I can't get to Arizona. What can I do?

Re: Arizona Traffic Court
Find an attorney in Kingman that can appear in court for you and clear up this matter. The longer it drags on the worse it will be. Also find any record you can to show that you paid the speeding ticket.
