Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
During an arrest my gun was impounded. What is the procedure in order to get my property returned ?

It depends. If the gun was listed as evidence then you may not be able to get it back until the case is over. If it was just listed as property then you should be able to contact the agency that arrested you and request it returned.
