Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I was arrested and convicted on two charges in 1996, Kidnapping & Sexual Abuse Cl 6. I served a term of 9 plus years for the kidnapping and placed on lifetime probation on the Sexual Abuse charge.

Now there is a new case that has come up in Arizona, on November 3, 2008, where a similar case like mine was reversed.

I need someone to take a look at this for me. I was released from custody in November of 2003. I am currently on lifetime probation.

State of Arizona, Respondent,

v.

Gary Douglas Peek, Petitioner

Maricopa County Superior Court No. CR2002-093788

Appeals No. 1 CA-CR 07-0041 PRPC ORDER VACATED

I need someone with legal knowledge to look at this for me and if need be, file the necessary paperwork in the courts to see if I can have this reversed.

Thank you

I am very familiar with the Peek decision as I have represented a number of individuals in terminating their lifetime probation. Please advise me of the exact charges for which you went to prison and for which you are on lifetime probation. I can give you a better answer at that point and advise you if retaining me for further proceedings is feasible.
