Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

i was arrested for drug possession and a warrent for child support. i told the officer that i would provide information if he was to not charge me with the drugs. they called for that information but i had to leave so they set it up for another day. now my question can they still charge me with the drugs if i dont help? part two before sentencing the judge askes you if anyone has promissed u anything or if you were forced into this plea....wouldnt that be the case here with the cop holdiong back on the drug charges

Yes you can still be charged. Your second question is not clear. Typically at the time someone pleads guilty - not at sentencing - the judge asks the defendant if anyone has made any promises to get him to plead guilty that are not contained in the plea agreement or if anyone has pressured the person in any way to plead guilty. Your circumstance would not be affected. First, based on your summary of events, you did not follow through on your end of the "bargain;" second, you did not have to or do not have to plead guilty, so there was no pressure to plead and there was no false inducement.
