Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
If someone is arrested on an extradiction warrant in WA on an arrest warrant from Az, can they post bail in AZ to be release in Wa?

Probably not but it may depend on what the offense is and what the circumstances are. More than likely if a bond is allowed to be posted it will need to be done in WA. That may only be allowed if the bond was issued to cover a fine or something like that. This is a tricky area, I have dealt with it several times when the person was arrested in Arizona.
