Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
i was arrested for possesion with intent to sell trafficking with intent to sell i told the officer it was mine after being cuffed and placed in the squad car but wasnt read my miranda rights until after i was interviewed and asked for a lawyer at the police station. do i have any way of fighting this in court

If you were in custody and asked an incriminating question which you answered before the police advised of your Miranda rights, then the statement may be subject to suppression.
