Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
if someone was arrested for tresspassing even though he was on his own property which doesn't make sense to this day this happened back in 1999 how do you clear this from there record for fingerprint clearance??

If you were convicted of the offense, you can always request a set aside. However, Arizona does not expunge criminal offenses from your record, which means the charge will still show up on background checks. You can retain private counsel for the set aside. Best of luck.
