Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
assualt on a minor.
I have been charged with assualt on minor. Cps is involved now. I have custody of this child too. I am to get social services e.g. counseling. This is the first time for me to be charged with a felony. The child still resides with me. We are doing fine now. What type of punishment am I looking at??
