authorization to use debit card
a friend gives you their atm card and pin number to use the bank considers you and authoriized users even if you go over what you should of spent. Can the state charge you with,
1. theft of a credit card
2. receipt of anything of value obtained by fraudulent use of a credit card
3.theft
4.fraudulent schemes and artifices

Re: authorization to use debit card
The only possible basis for prosecution is if you obtained more funds than you were authorized to take. Using the card with permission to obtain no more than the funds authorized cannot be a crime. Getting more money than authorized could certainly be fraud.
