in az, my case was compl dismissed by city attorney. how long do they have to file a new complaint

In Arizona on misdemeanors, the State through its prosecutor has up to one year after a dismissal without prejudice, to refile a complaint against the accused. In all other circumstances for charging purposes, the state has up to one year.
