Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

.Hello" Back on 8-1-1989 I pled gulty to two felonys and one misdemeanor in the state of Montana, wich 1989 was an Election Year for many top Judges and officials. I was a dumb 18yr old boy who had never gotten into trouble in fact i led the youth Choir at our church for four years. Anyway I am now 42yrs old and have had a Gospel album go world wide along with raising 3 Great kids. These felonys and one misdemeanor are still on my record. The misdemeanor is for pawning a 22 rifle that someone else had stolen and had asked me to pawn.

They told me that i could file a form and get them restored but have never done so is this true?

Also I have never been in trouble with the law sence

The quistion I have is What application must I submitted to restore loss of all my rights and my firearm privileges.. Thanks and please Remember this is more than 21 yrs ago! I also no longer live there in Montana..

The process is not all that difficult, however, getting all of your records off microfilm could be. I have handled a lot of these for clients, and I always get the underlying records to make sure there are no technical reasons or problems that need to be fixed before going forward with the application. It saves a lot of time and money. If you are looking to retain an attorney for this, please give me a call.
