Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Basic Rights
Almost 10 years ago, I received a DUI which was not my first. I ended up pleading to a Felony Endangerment charge at that time. There has been nothing on my record since that time and I have long ago completed all the court requirements. However as a result of the felony my basic rights to vote and bear arms were taken away. How do I get my rights reinstated?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Basic Rights
Move to vacate conviction. Move to restore right to bear arms. Contact A.T.F. to reinstate federal right to bear arms.
