Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I have a bench trial coming up soon for disorderly conduct and trespassing. I got punched in the face but I got arrested. I got copies of the hospital's records showing the doctor's report that I was assaulted and needed stitches. The prosecutor said he wants a copy of everything I will be using at the trial. Do I have to do this? It seems to me that I am being left in the dark for he gave me a paper that was vague in detail, but he wants a copy of the things I will be using. I never did this before, what should I do? Is there a phone number of someone that can help me through the process? Thanks, Neil

Yes, you do have to share any information you plan on using at trial that isn't already available to the prosecutor's office. They have to do likewise. The process is called "discovery."
