Bench Warrant
Person fails to appear for trial,on drug charges, bench warrant goes out on person. What happens, what is the difference between a bench warrant and an arrest warrant?

A bench warrant is an arrest warrant. There is no practical difference.
The usual scenario is that one gets stopped for a traffic violation, the warrant pops up in the license check, and the person is jailed until he can get before the judge for bail.
Better to take care of it while out of jail - it's easier.
