Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
i have two biological kids my ex put an order of protection on himself and the kids though they are not biologically his can i go get my kids because of the fact they aren't his?

If the court granted the order of protection and the children are on the order you should not violate the order just because they are your biological children. You will want to address this issue with the court by contesting the OOP with the court that granted it. Although this is something you can do on your own without legal counsel, many people choose to have legal counsel assist them with protection order issues.
