Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My boyfriend was asked to help tow a truck it turns out the truck was stolen he was only steering the truck never had full control of the truck, the person driving the truck that was towing the stolen truck was in full control at all times and even had his wife following behind in another vehicle because the truck being towed did not have lights, he also had no license. How can they charge my boyfriend with theft of means but nobody else. Everyone else was let go with no charges even pending and my boyfriend is sitting in jail on a supervening indictment. What's going to happen?

You really should contact a criminal lawyer to help resolve this problem. What did the other people tell the police? Does your boyfriend have a criminal history? These are only two of the many questions needing to be answered.
