Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Hello my boyfriend was picked up on a warrant Tuesday night & has been in jail since then. He has yet to see a lawyer on this warrant!! Isnt there a time line of how long they hold them & when he should of seen a judge??? The warrant was for Failure to Appear

No simple answer without MANY more details. What charge? What court? Prior record? But the law requires an arrested person be brought before a court within 24 hours for an initial appearance.
