Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My case number on my citation does not match my notice to appear in court. I appeared to court on the date it told me to appear and I was told that I was on file and I was given a paer that stated I appeared on that day noted on my citation. It was for crimanal damage, can I fight the chareges? Is it too late to press charges?

I'm sorry but your question is not clear to me. If you mean can you challenge the pending charges because the wrong case number was used, then the answer is "no". And I don't know what you mean when you ask if it's too late to press charges. If the charge is a misdemeanor the government has one year to file against you.
