Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
What are chances of going to jail?
I have just been summoned to court to be tried for 1 count of Fraudulant Schemes Class 2 and 1 count of Theft Class 1
I have no previous felony charges.
Writing checks and having them signed at previous employer to rent a car for 16 weeks.
I have a daughter that is 11 and I don't want her taken away from me. I am ready and willing to pay restitution but not willing to go to jail.
What are my chances of not going to jail? Or what should I do?
Thanks.

The outcome of your case is dependent on the facts. You may be acquitted and may not have to serve any time. I am a criminal defense attorney and do a significant amount of white collar defense. Please contact me at (602) 222-9237
