Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
changing name on car title
I was buying a car from a neighbor and i have paid
$1,100.00 of $1,600.00. I offered him the 500.00 in
cash in front of a officer and he refused it. The
officer told him he had to go thru the courts and
not to touch the car until than. He had the car towed
to his house the next day, what can I do. I am trying
everything and getting nowhere. I went to the police,
county att., noone will do anything to help me.
