Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Do charges before court decision show on criminal background checks?
My father is moving from Ohio to Arizona next month. He has a pending charge (went to grand jury and his court date is next week). A trailor park I'm setting them up in needs to do a credit and criminal background check on them. Will this charge show up even though he probably won't actually be convicted?

It depends upon how thorough the background check is. Most likely they are just looking for convictions. If so, his case wouldn't show up until after it's completed.
