What does it meaN if charges are dissmissed due to grand jury indictment

If a grand jury indictment has been filed, it means that the initial charges have been dismissed and replaced by new charges as a result of a grand jury finding probable cause. This is not a situation to be taken lightly and one that you should discuss with experienced counsel.
