if you have a child together, can the court subpoena you to testify against them meaning mother testify against father

The question is not whether you have a child together but if you and the father are legally married. If so, then generally a spouse cannot be forced to testify against the other in a criminal case unless the defendant spouse agrees or the criminal charges are excepted from the rule by statute. So it depends on the circumstances, assuming you and he are legally married.
