codefendants living together after one is released from prison
can a couple that is engaged live together after he is released from serving time for a msconduct with weapons charge if they were co-defendants at the time he was sentenced

The answer is no if either of them is prohibited from associating with known felons by their conditions of release on parole or supervised release, or any other condition of release which forbids contact between the two. Such conditions would have to be modified by a court to permit the described living arrangement.
