Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
conflict of interest??
Can an legal firm, that I have already retained to represent me as a defendant, represent a another/different individual in a new case=(me being sued)??It is not the same actual attorney, but, ti is the same exact law firm. Is this not a conflict of interest? THANKS

Yes, it is a conflict of interest. Tell them so and if you do not get an appropriate response, either go somewhere else or contact the AZ Bar Association for further advice.
