Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

no contact of your layer

the father of my children was incarcerated on 2-26-02, he has a couple different cases. he has a court a pointed layer that has not been to see him at all. he has been to court three times and a different layer out of the same law firm went on his behalf. still noone has been to talk to him about his cases other then detectives. is that right! he goes to trial on 7-17-02. what can we do?

Actually its terrible. Is the lawyer court appointed or privately retained. I would be surprised if the lawyer was retained. Call if I can answer more questions or be of assistance.
