I was convicted of a Undesignated Felony, which was later designated a misdemeanor, do I have to answer yes to a felony conviction on a job application?

No. A class 6 undesignated Felony, also called a 6 open, is designed to allow the Judge to designate the offense a misdemeanor usually after successful completion of probation. What that means is that before it is designated a misdemeanor you do have a felony conviction but not after.
