Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Cops asked to search truck, I said no and they did anyways.
If I said NO they could not search my truck and they did, and they found a black bag with meth, baggies,a scale behind the front seat, can they charge me with the drugs and other stuff?

It depends on the officer's purpose in conducting the search. There are many different variables that would depend on whether an officer may search your vehicle without your consent. In many cases, if an officer makes an illegal search the evidence seized as a result of an illegal search must be suppressed.
