Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Is it possible for a person to have a record erased as it is a criminal, compl dismissed by court record that shows up on background checks and is ruining job possibilities. This person has no other records of that kind and this case was a total misunderstanding which is why he never even had to go to court and it was completely dismissed but possible employers don't see it that way. Can anything be done at all? This is in Maricopa County Thank you.

The answer to your question requires more facts. What type of charge was it? Was it a DUI? Did it involve violence? Was it a felony or a misdemeanor? If it was a felony, what class of felony, and was it designated as a felony or left open?
