credit fraud

i recently found out that i have a pending criminal charge for credit card fraud in access of 30,000. i never knew this and have not been notified by any authorities in addition i have no knowledge of such action. what next?

As I understand your posting, the case is in AZ. The next steps are as follows. There may be an outstanding arrest warrant for you. This needs to be resolved to avoid a very messy situation. Contact the source of the information you describe. Begin the process of discovering where the charges came from and how they were incurred. You may be the victim of identity theft and, if so, you will require the services of a lawyer to help you sort things out. Good luck.
