Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Is it a crime, federal or otherwise, to open mail addressed to my spouse?
I'm specifically trying to find the U.S. Code, Federal Regulation, Statute, case site, etc that addresses this issues specifically.

Section 1703. Delay or destruction of mail or newspapers:
Whoever, without authority, opens, or destroys any mail or package of newspapers not directed to him, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
