criminal backround

i was arrested in delaware in 2002- does that mean i was convicted for that charge- why or why not

Many arrests do not result in a conviction. Only a court proceeding can convict one for a crime for which there has been an arrest. If you were adjudicated in court, then you may have a conviction. If there was no court following your arrest, then you do not.
