Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Criminal Defamation
I received a call from a local police officer saying that there was a warrant out for my arrest. Supposedly the reason is for running a website in which it makes fun of one of our friends. The site is humorous in nature (even has a disclaimer at the bottom of the page), but he did not take it as such. I would think that this would be a civil matter, but if there is a warrant out for my arrest then it appears to be criminal. I ask, is criminal defamation a legal possibility in the state of Arizona?

No, it's not a legal possibility, so it's likely somehthing else.
I handle more computer crime defenses that any other defense attorney in Arizona. If you are looking to hire counsel, give me a call.
