Re: Criminal law in Arizona

A complicated Question. In Indian law there is no such specific Remedy and only criminal law prescribe punishment but it is interesting to note that there is also no specific bar in filing case of damages claiming damages for causing personal loss. However, specific relief Act provides remedy for claiming damages against loss caused by the wrong committed by a person.Murder by wife definitly caused loss, hence, I am of the openion that suit could be filed claiming damages if the charges of murder has been fully proved and the wife is convicted by the competent court of law.
