Dangerous v. Nondangerous
What is the exact difference between dangerous and nondangerous felonies in AZ? How can an assault with deadly weapon charge be nondangerous?

Dangerous felonies are committed with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument. But the allegation of 'dangerousness' is something that can be added or dropped by a prosecutor, kind of like a trump card being used for leverage.
