Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
data warrant 2
A friend of mine was accused of defacing property and trespassing...according to the court documents, the disposition was that there was a DTA WARRANT ISSUED. What steps are taken by law enforcement following this?

Although it is typically denoted an "FTA", I suspect that entry in the court docket means that the defendant failed to appear for his court date and a warrant was issued by the court.
