Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
ok here is the deal I got cited in AZ under 36CFR2.34(a)(2) and I am not given court date except a fine $275 to pay. So i just wanna know what should i do pay the fine or what and will it go to my public record or not ?

Usually at the bottom of the citation is the name and address of the court along with a court date. If you choose not to fight the ticket you can pay before that date. If you choose to fight the citation you must request a hearing before that court date expires. Failure to do either may result in further sanctions by the court. The citation will be reported to Arizona Motor Vehicle Department as to any disposition or failure to cooporarte
