When there is a death in the family and one of the beneficiaries is in jail, can
When someone is awaiting trial and their mother dies, he is still under bail, can a reduction in bail be requested? He is in the will, has no money until the will goes into probate. the other two kids are taking everything from the house, how can i get hinm out??

A reduction in bail can be requested at any time during the proceedings unless someone is being held without bond. This applies to capital crimes and offenses while committed on release from a prior offense. Contact me for specific assistance if you desire.
