You are clearly in need of competent representation by an experienced criminal attorney. If you don't know any your local bar association will make recommendations. You have substantial rights at stake - get professional advice promptly.
Re: co -defendants they say!
You raise many different issues. It is very common for a case to initially be dismissed and then refiled. Many things can cause this such as ongoing investigation, lab work (in drug cases), etc. Do not take your warrant lightly. You should get an attorney to resolve the matter or you could face more charges for failing to appear. If you have more questions, contact me directly.
