co -defendants they say!

I was arrested not to long ago, I was a passenger of a car not my car the police are saying that Iam a codefendant ''partners of crime'' It spent seven day in jail with a 15,000 bond. I have no prior convictions,actually never been in trouble with law.I was releasedfrom jail ''dissmissed without prejudice'' I do under stand what that meaens.i feel that these police are not playin by the rules that they are suppose to and that in affidavt there have been some things swisted a bit.I was mailed forfeiture papers not to long ago and I was not mailed papers to appear in court so know I have a warrant for my arrest,and when in custody they will indict me, for what? I dont know what to do? they took things from my home and my name was not even on the search warrent(only codefendant- he rented a room where i live)I had no contraband in my pockets or any where in my possesion.).They want answers from me but I dont have them.So because of my codefendant,what he has done Iam getting charged with.They cant hold that against me? please give advise because I can not get no help from any one Iam at dead end and dont know what to do.

You raise many different issues. It is very common for a case to initially be dismissed and then refiled. Many things can cause this such as ongoing investigation, lab work (in drug cases), etc. Do not take your warrant lightly.
