Defender Attorney
I need defender attorney.
What is limitation or definition of indigent people? I am facing criminal charge.

Indigent means poor. If you are indigent/poor and cannot afford a private lawyer, the court will appoint one for you at public expense. Each court is somewhat different and has different financial criteria for who qualifies for a public defender. You will be asked to fill out a financial evaluation form and the court will make its decision on whether you qualify accordingly.
