Detaining in high crime areas
We're trying to find a case law that was dismissed due to the subject being detained in a high crime area for no apparent reason other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Contact the office of the Clerk of Court in the jurisdiction in which the charge was filed. Cases are indexed by the name of the defendant.

Try this recent Arizona case: In re Ilono H., 210 Ariz. 473, 113 P.3d 696 (App. 2005). It's an appeal from a juvenile case, but it goes into the issue, as well as citing other applicable cases.
