What does ''COMPL DISMISSED BY COURT'' mean?

Re: Disposition
It means the Judge dismissed the complaint, whether civil or criminal, of his/her own volition. Usually done because the Judge doesn't believe the complaint is valid or finds something technically wrong with it. The case is over unless a new complaint is filed.
