domestic violence on arrest record
does a domestic violence arrest remain on record after completion of diversion program. and can this prevent official licensing, such as cosmotology, law, or medicine?

Re: domestic violence on arrest record
An arrest remains of record permanently. The successful completion of a diversion program, no charges having been filed, should not prevent future employment in the fields you mention. In some states employers will reject applicants who have only an arrest record, but an arrest without conviction has no legal significance.
