Drug Sales First Time Offender
Does A Charge of Dangerous Drugs for Sale fall under the Proposition 200 guideline for a first time offender?

Sale offenses (possession for sale, sale) do not fall under Prop 200. Offenses covered are simple possession offenses. Even as a first offender on a sale charge, mandatory prison can result. I handle a significant number of drug cases. Please contact me directly if you need assistance.
