DUI slightest degree
I reieved a DUI to the slightest degree and need to know what I cando to prevent a suspension of my drivers license Ineed to get to work

The MVD and the Courts are two totally separate agencies. In order to preserve your right to drive, you need to request a hearing with the MVD.
Doing this is helpful for a multitude of reaosns, but can also cost you money and driving priveleges down the road.
If ever an agency existed that requires legal represenation, MVD is it. I suggest that you hire an attorney to both discuss your options and represent your interests in the MVD.
